Change to 3mm (US 2/3) needles
Lace and Eyelet Pattern
Row 1 (RS): K4, *yfwd, sl 1, K2tog, psso, yfwd, K3 rep from * to last st K1.
Row 2: Purl.
Row 3: K1, *yfwd, sl 1, K2tog, psso, yfwd, K3 rep from * to last 4 sts, yfwd, sl 1, K2tog, psso, yfwd, K1.
Row 4: Purl.
Last 4 rows set lace pattern.
Work lace pattern four times more.
Row 21 (RS): Knit.
Row 22: Purl.
Row 23: *K2, K2tog, yfwd rep from * to last 3 sts, K3.
Row 24: Purl.
Row 25: Knit.
Row 26: Purl.
Row 27: *K2tog, yfwd, K2 rep from * to last 3 sts, K2tog, yfwd, K1.
Row 28: Purl.
Rows 21 to 28 set eyelet pattern.
Work eyelet pattern once more.
Rows 1 to 36 set lace and eyelet pattern, work in pattern throughout.
Working lace and eyelet pattern as set above AND AT SAME TIME, inc 1 st at each end of next and every foll 4th row to 123 [137: 149: 163: 175] sts.
